cb2bib software package provides extract bibliographic references from various sources, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cb2bib
cb2bib is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cb2bib package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cb2bib *
You will get with cb2bib package name, version, architecture and description in a table
